What I will do: account/pixel/catalog audit, media plan for product connections, quick creative cycle (UGC/remixes/hook tests), campaign structure for conversions, daily optimization based on events and frequency.
Creatives: 6–12 videos at the start (3–9 sec hook, 15–25 sec main content, 1–2 CTAs), Spark/Non-Spark formats, testing the first 3 seconds and different offers/UGC scenarios.
Analytics: TikTok Pixel + Events API, events ViewContent/AddToCart/InitiateCheckout/Purchase, attribution, UTM and dashboard with CPA/ROAS, if necessary — additional connection with GA4.
Optimization: daily cleaning of placements/audiences, frequency cap, rotation of creatives every 3–5 days, budget steps only after stabilization of CPA for 3–7 days.
Collaboration format: 1-hour consultation → setup in 3–5 days → 2 weeks of intensive optimization → report with conclusions and scaling plan.
