With this task, the key is to redraw carefully so that after vectorization everything can be edited properly and does not fall apart along the curves.
I see you have already added IMG_2366.jpeg and Montage Area 11.png — I will look at both files and manually recreate the elements in Illustrator if the auto-trace gives a messy result.
I do similar things regularly: the main thing here is to preserve the geometry, readability of the text, and a clean outline without unnecessary points.
I can finish this today and provide the edited vector in the required format. If you have preferences for AI/EPS/SVG/PDF — I will simply take that into account in the output.
