The Structure:

This block will have the title of "the benefits of working with us" and contain subtitles that are accompanied by the most relevant pictograms (can and without pictograms if the design will look better): "Officially" - we have all the necessary certificates and permits for carrying out aircraft."Faithful" - we have 6 aircraft that are regularly served by an experienced technical pencil."Speed" - our aircraft are designed specifically for carrying out aircraft, which allows for processing large volumes in a short time, "Qualitatively" - on all aircraft GPS equipment is installed, which allows to process all fields equally with accuracy up to 1 meter.We don’t save on the reliability of the equipment and the quality of work, but we seek competitive estimates due to the accurate optimization of the work processes.
Below should be a bright straight-angle button "know the price" after clicking on which we get on the screen with the form that was described above.
"GPS reports" this block should look like a gallery with 6 photos, each of which will have the inscription to the top in the format: "Kiev Region, Sunshine, 100g"
"Contact" - a block at the bottom of the page in which our mail, clickable phone number and Google map with our address, as well as another button "know the price", which works the same as the previous, in the same block company logo

Перефразирую Сергея:
Конструкторы не очень хороший выбор и к сожалению с текущим объемом сайта, есть большая вероятность того, что вебсайт будет работать в красном-желтом диапазоне (30-60 баллов), но никак не в зеленом. Для зеленого диапазона я бы советовал использовать чистый HTML/CSS + js, возможно это дольше по времени, но только так вы сможете добиться зеленой полоски.
Ну и учитывая что сайт нужен "вчера", есть сомнения и в том, что дизайнер попросту не успеет сделать оптимизацию сайта на конструкторе. -
Понимаю о чем вы и полностью согласен. Основное требование в нашем случае - скорость исполнения и низкая цена, а по скорости загрузки уже можно пойти на компромисс. Чистый код без предварительного дизайна - так себе затея, а это время и затраты

То что дизайн не делается отдельно не значит что его не будет, переделывая внешний вид готовой темы это и есть делать дизайн, только кодом/билдером, а это обычно сложнее так как программист не дизайнер а вы в любом случае со всем соглашаться не будите.
