Ответ на вопрос:
Разъем на плате Pro Micro ATmega32U4 обязательно нужно выводить так чтобы к нему можно было подключить стандартный провод и он влез (иногда бывает так что провод заходит но не полностью и по факту не работает).
Также нужно вывести наружу диоды (чтобы их было видно) и кнопку (чтобы легко было нажать).
Это устройство на улице стоять не будет.
Могут быть солнечные лучи.

Если изделие не с грифом "Секретно" - нужно максимально подробная информация для уменьшения времени рассмотрения.
Я могу сколь угодно вытягивать информацию по кусочкам, но платить за разработку ТЗ будет заказчик проекта.
