    Я предлагаю вам написать ваш проект на Qt. Это отличная технология, очень распространёная и использующая язык С++, который намного больше людей знают, чем Objective C. Так как Qt - кросс-платформенная, если придётся, можно потом очень легко создать версии тоже для Виндовса и Линукса.
