Вы будете работать с потенциальными пациентами (hot and warm leads) и и помогать изучать информацию по услугам компании. В вашей компетенции будут продажи, но это не будет вашей ключевой обязанностью.
Навыки:
- Английский и испанский языки среднего уровня или выше, русский язык
Технические требования:
- LAN подключение (кабель)
Условия работы:
Понедельник - Пятница, full time - 40 часов в неделю. Время работы по часовому поясу Нью-Йорка (EST), 9АМ-5РМ
Обязанности:
- Работа с клиентами: звонки, емайл
- Взаимодействие с сотрудниками через емайл, телефон, мессенджеры
- Обсуждение услуг компании с клиентом, преодоление возражений;
- Предоставление в телефонном режиме полного перечня услуг и обсуждение их с клиентом
Зарплата:
Базовая ставка $500/месяц. Мы оплачиваем ваше время в период обучения (оплачиваемая стажировка). При успешном сотрудничестве мотивируем периодическим пересмотром и повышением ставки.
