We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX designer to develop the interface of a Learning Management System (LMS). The project aims to create a user-friendly, modern, and responsive platform that will be understandable for students, teachers, and administrators.

▎Scope of Work:
1. Research and Analytics:
• Conducting an analysis of user needs (students, teachers, administrators).
• Studying best practices in UI/UX in the EdTech and LMS fields.
• Creating user scenarios (user flows) and interaction maps (user journey maps).
2. Design Development:
• Creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes (wireframes).
• Developing final interface layouts in Figma (or another tool).
• Designing key pages:
• Parent's personal account (managing children's accounts: payment, course subscription, viewing performance, achievements).
• Student's personal account (courses, progress, achievements).
• Teacher's panel (managing courses, reports).
• Administrator's panel (managing users and content).
3. UX Optimization:
• Working out the logic of navigation and user interaction with the system.
• Ensuring interface accessibility (a11y).
• Creating responsive design for various devices (desktop, tablets, smartphones).
4. Collaboration with the Team:
• Working closely with frontend and backend developers, and other team members.
• Participating in discussions of functional requirements and technical constraints.

▎Skills and Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Experience in creating responsive interfaces for web applications.
• Knowledge of UX design principles and basic user psychology.
• Skills in designing user scenarios and prototyping.
▎Preferred:
• Experience in the EdTech field or with LMS systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility principles (WCAG).
• Skills in interface animation (e.g., in After Effects or Figma).
▎Personal Qualities:
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to accept feedback and work on improving design.
• Ability to propose creative solutions to complex problems.
