What needs to be done:
Checkout Audit: Analyze the path from the cart to the thank you page. Identify technical errors or barriers.
Usability Analysis (Mobile First): Since 90% of traffic is from advertising, we need to check how easy it is to make a purchase with one finger. Also, how convenient and intuitive the navigation is.
