Таблиці зроблені з запасом у виробників, мені потрібні фактичні дані для аналізу.

профіль 153 в металі 0.8 мм коштуватиме під 500- 600 грн, а поклавши зверху сендвіч пір 100 мм за 1200 грн, можливо і отримаєм несучу здатність, проте витратим шалені кошти.
Думаю варто шукати альтернативне рішення. -
Я розумію, що по таблицям виробників не пройде, но бачив будівлі, які перекриті на 6 метрів без додаткових опор.

Так, таке непорозуміння часом трапляється... проте все буває вперше, в тому числі і важкі кліматичні умови (буревій, мокрий сніг), що бувають приблизно раз на 10 років.
Ймовірно бачені вами конструкції або мали приховані несучі елементи, або просто не пройшли перевірку часом))
Але вдачі з розрахунками, прошу при можливості поділіться результатами вишукувань, дуже цікаво насправді чи є хоч якісь запаси в таблицях виробників? -
