- Interviewing skills: structured, competency-based, phone, video interviews;
- Candidate assessment: resume analysis, checking soft and hard skills, using tests and cases;
- Knowledge of labor legislation: basics of documentation, specifics of working with candidates;
- Proficiency in HR analytics: recruitment KPIs (time to hire, cost per hire, conversion rate);
- Understanding of business specifics: knowledge of the industry, job descriptions, key employer requirements;
- Negotiation and offer management skills: ability to present the vacancy, engage in dialogue about working conditions.
