We have an online store https://mihi.care — we sell products for beauty, health, and weight loss. The business has been operating for a long time, but we see that some potential customers simply "drop off." We are looking for a professional who can conduct an audit and really figure out where we are losing conversion, what is wrong with the site, and what can be improved.
💡 Important:
This is not just a visual redesign — we need to go deeper, from the user's and business's perspective. The person must understand our products, how we sell them, how marketing works, what promotions/subscriptions exist, and give specific advice on what and where to change.
What needs to be done:
Analysis of the current version of the site
On mobile (!) — because ~75% of traffic comes from phones
On desktop — also, but less critically
Analysis of the sales funnel / user journey
Where are people dropping off? (from heatmaps, analytics, or personal experience)
Is it clear what we are selling, how to place an order?
Are the blocks on the homepage, product cards, cart, and payment structured correctly?
Analysis of marketing elements
Promotions, subscriptions, bonuses — are they clear, do they work as they should?
How well is the value of the products conveyed?
Is there trust in the brand, or does it look like “another cosmetic product from the internet”?
Recommendations
What exactly to change? (by points — texts, blocks, structure, UX)
What can be A/B tested?
Possibly — examples of how this has been solved elsewhere (references)
If you can — a simple prototype (in Figma or other) would be a plus
What we expect:
Experience in UX/e-commerce is mandatory
Understanding of buyer behavior, preferably in the beauty/wellness sector
Ability to explain "in simple terms" what is wrong and how it can be better
If you are also technically strong (HTML, Laravel, Google Tag Manager, analytics) — that would be great, but not critical

I reviewed your website and actually noticed many points where clients could drop off, as well as moments that affect user experience:
1. One of the key areas is adding a product to the cart. It seems that the addition animation is present, but in fact, there is no notification to the user that the product has been successfully added (this is especially important on mobile, as the change in the number of items in the cart is not visible on a small screen).
2. Next, even more important - the inability to purchase a product without registering - many people are not ready to leave their data on an unknown site and do not see the need for it. Perhaps this is a business model - then it is worth communicating to the user why they should register.
3. The design is also very noisy, it is unclear what to pay attention to and where to look. The banners are so accentuated that they do not stand out from each other. After spending some time on the site, I myself got a bit tired of this noise.
4. Poorly placed accents: even the price is less emphasized than the product code - which is actually of little importance to the user - by working on the right accents, the issue of noise (from the previous point) will also be resolved.
These are just moments that caught my attention at first glance.

По перше, якщо переглядати з смартфону , то фото товару не найкращої якості , коли перейти на певний товар , картинки погано перегортуються , кнопка додати у кошик , занадто довга анімація , що може дратувати клієнта , також при повторному натисканні , знов ж таки додає цей самий товар у кошик , тому тут трішки не продумано цей момент , я б порадила зробити простіший стандартний варіант
