    The Promodex team has decided to implement the project in stages: conducting a conference with internal staff to identify the advantages of working in the company, analyzing the candidate market to determine their priorities when choosing an employer, developing a UI/UX project based on the obtained analytics, creating the website design considering the company's brand book and modern web design trends, executing the necessary front-end and back-end development work, as well as testing the project, including load testing, usability checks, performance, and security aspects.

    Result
    The Promdex team decided to create a multilingual, single-page website with 8 screens and a detailed personal data form. This solution was chosen due to its simple structure, ease of promotion, and maximum informativeness.
