Мирія, добрий день! Мене звати Андрій, займаємось автоматизацію бізнесу клієнтів за допомогою програмних продуктів в тому числі CRM ERP Odoo community. Можемо вам з цим допомогти. Підібрати хостінг+ розгорнути коробку. Хостінг - треба розуміти кількість користувачів, та інформації щоб було потрібна потужність при навантаженні. Але, для розуміння ситуації, поясню, що система умовно "безкоштовна" , якщо ви вирішите встановлювати додатки ( бо є безкоштовні а є з оплатою), це окремий тип затрат, та кожний додаток треба встановлювати окремими скриптами і це може зробити тільки людина,я ка з цим вже працювала. Налаштувати телефонію, месенджери , пошту на community теж можливо але треба дивитись, що у вас зараз налаштовано та які додатки вам можуть підійти. Окрема історія щоб була можливості автоматизувати бізнес процеси ( роботи , триери, бізнес процеси типу як в Б24 , якщо використовуєте) та ще є багато ж підводних каменів. Склади, бухгалтерія .... Можемо проконсультувати, але треба розуміти більше деталей, бо в залежності від вашого бізнесу, буде в вартість всього проекту. Ну, й окремо про перенос Б24 (що саме будемо переносити ліди, угоди, команії та контакти або ще щось ви хочете) треба розуміти щоб оцінити роботи та метод переноу.
