We're a fast growing startup helping expats move to Portugal and we are known for delivering an excellent customer experience.
We're looking for an experienced customer support associate for a part-time, hourly role.
A few hours each business day.
The position is fully remote and has flexible hours.
You will be interacting with our customers as a representative of our company, so you need to be experienced not only in handling all sorts of customer support situations, but also knowing when to escalate and ask for help.
After reviewing your prior experience, we'll reach out with a couple of challenges to see if you are a good fit for the role.
Responsibilities
- Attract potential customers by answering product questions and suggesting information about other products and services
- Resolve issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Recommends potential improvements to products to management by identifying trends and analyzing customer needs
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer service type roles
- Native English speaker being able to support customers via calls and messages
- Bonus: Familiarity with office software like Jira, Help Scout, and Airtable
