- Human Management Core settings, Analytics including Dashboards, Onboarding, Adaptation, Offboarding
- Compensation & Benefits modules
- Performance module
- Careers module
- Gamification and Social (Surveys, Networking groups, Knowledgebase) module
- Have the experience of connecting different solutions/systems and add-on customization, for example, Leave management or/and other HR-Solutions and third Systems
Requirements:
- Experience in customization and configuration of the HR Software preferably in Saba or other HRIS - WorkDay, Bamboo, TalentSoft, Workforce, or other HR System – is must!
- Experience in the Master Data
- Experience in the integration of different technical solutions (payroll, task management systems, ERP)
- Knowledge of CSS, HTML, SQL
- English at a level not lower than intermediate, knowledge of German will be plus
- Ability to analyze the business requirements and Systems capacity, find alternative solutions to realize the project
Desirable:
- Understanding of HR cycles
- Understanding of UI/UX
