Due to the expansion and growth of the business, we are looking for Sales and Project Coordinator who will help us build systematic processes, manage deals, and interact with clients and partners.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an organized and proactive specialist who can:
✔️ Manage incoming requests and distribute them among managers.
✔️ Control the sales process from the first contact to the signing of the contract.
✔️ Work with German clients (correspondence, calls, deal support).
✔️ Maintain all project documentation (drawings, commercial proposals, contracts).
✔️ Organize communication between clients, managers, and the factory.
✔️ Control deadlines to ensure each stage of the deal is completed on time.
✔️ Work with CRM and other automation tools.
What tasks will you need to solve?
Working with clients and lead management:
- Receiving incoming applications from advertising (Instagram, Facebook, website) and passing them to managers.
- Monitoring lead processing: did the manager reach them / not reach them / send a commercial proposal?
- Creating individual commercial proposals and sending them to the client.
- Corresponding with the client in German/English.
- Inviting clients to our showroom, preparing presentations and briefs.
- Supporting the client at all stages of the deal.
Working with the factory and documentation:
- Creating a detailed project brief (what the house consists of, finishes, color scheme).
- Opening working chats (Telegram, WhatsApp) between the client, manager, and factory.
- Controlling all technical issues with the architects and engineers of the factory.
- Final approval of the project with the client before production.
- Transferring signed contracts and briefs to the factory.
Coordination of production and delivery:
- Monitoring production timelines and coordinating details.
- Discussing the connection of utilities (electricity, water supply).
- Organizing logistics: coordinating the delivery and installation date of the house.
What is important for us in a candidate?
✅ Experience in sales, project management, or deal coordination (B2B, real estate, construction – will be an advantage).
✅ Knowledge of the German language in writing and speaking (B2-C1) will be an advantage.
✅ Organization and systematic approach – managing multiple projects simultaneously.
✅ Knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, Google Docs, IP telephony.
✅ Ability to work in PDF, Word, Canva (or other programs for preparing commercial proposals and presentations).
✅ Willingness to communicate a lot (with clients, the factory, partners).
✅ Ability to conduct correspondence with German clients competently.
✅ Understanding of technical nuances of construction and real estate – not mandatory, but will be an advantage.
