2. схема такая:
Шаг 1: вставляем нового клиента
Шаг 2: входящий звонок (поле где вписать результат звонка)
Шаг 3: выслано ли КП (можно ли сделать возможность чтобы можно было прикреплять КП к карточке клиента?)
Шаг 4: Встреча - поле где будет вписано на какое число назначена встреча
Шаг 5: Отправление сметы ( нужно поле для выбора отправлена смета или нет + нужно иметь возможность прикрепить смету).
Шаг 6. Звонок с уточнением решения по смете
Шаг 7: Договор - поле для ввода итогов разговора + возможность прикрепить договор
Шаг 8: Результат - текстовое поле для ввода.
Вопрос:
можно ли привязывать уведомления к карточкам товара? Например если человек попросит перезвонить через месяц?
