- Candidate search: Use relevant channels and tools (job sites, social networks, freelance platforms).
- Pre-selection: Collect resumes and portfolios. Assess candidates' experience against the job requirements.
- Conducting the first stage of the interview: Clarify candidates' experience with content, their skills, and motivation.
- Presentation of the 3-5 best candidates: Add a list with brief descriptions of candidates, their strengths, portfolios, and recommendations.
- Organization of test tasks: Coordinate the process of completing the test task by selected candidates.
- Final interview: Assist in organizing interviews with finalists for the company's management.
Deadline: 10-14 days from the start of the project.
Requirements for the content manager position:
- Experience as a content manager/SMM/content work for at least 1 year (preferably in the women's footwear and bags industry).
- Experience with Google Sheets (basic skills).
- High responsibility and result orientation.
Writing skills, photo editing (additional skills will be an advantage).
Budget: To be discussed separately, considering the complexity of the search and deadlines.
Work format: Remote.
Test task for candidates:
- Prepare a posting for 2 channels for 1-2 days with an explanation of the logic.
- Provide an example of a content plan for a week with an explanation of its structure.
Expected results from the freelancer:
- Report with selected candidates.
- Organized interviews with finalists.
- Hired content manager, ready to work and adapt.
