Online assistant for a boxing club in Chicago (remote, part-time)
We are looking for a responsible and organized assistant to work with clients and trainers of our boxing club in Chicago. The job is remote, part-time, but requires a high speed of response and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to messages on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms regarding training (boxing, kickboxing).
• Keep track of client requests, ensure prompt responses, and not lose inquiries.
• Organize and adjust training schedules, interact with trainers and clients.
• Assist in managing the boxing gym – control the schedule, register clients, solve organizational issues.
• Help organize training camps across the USA: create travel plans, coordinate participants, book transportation and accommodation, work with documents.
• Perform tasks assigned by the head coach related to administrative and organizational work.
Requirements:
• Quick response and readiness to respond to messages promptly.
• Excellent organizational skills – ability to keep track of tasks, plan, and coordinate processes.
• Communication skills – experience in communicating with clients and trainers.
• Basic English language skills (a translator can be used, as there will be no direct contact).
• Experience in administrative work, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
Working conditions:
• Part-time (flexible schedule, but it is important to be available for prompt communication).
• Schedule: 6 days a week, Sunday – day off.
• Remote work from Ukraine.
• Payment is discussed individually depending on experience.
