The main thing here is to preserve the identity of the layout. Since the translation is machine-generated, the main difficulty will be that the Dutch language is longer than English. The text will inevitably "creep," and simple copying will ruin the structure of the instructions.

My approach to optimization (Startfire Studio):
1. Technical translation: I do not copy the text manually. I export it from your source files (INDD/IDML), run it through DeepL Pro (it provides a better technical translation than Google), and import it back. This preserves all font styles, colors, and bindings.
2. Layout Fix: I spend most of my time "fitting" the longer Dutch text into your blocks, adjusting tables, and checking if the images have shifted.
3. Result: You will receive a 100% visual copy of the original, but in Dutch, ready for print (PDF + INDD).

Cost and deadlines:
Considering the large volume (500+ pages), I am ready to offer a special price per page.
