My name is Alona Hryban. I have been working in the HR field for over 12 years and help companies find "the right people for the right places." I work as an independent HR consultant and have a team of specialists, which allows us to effectively close vacancies of various levels — from specialists to department heads.
My experience in numbers:
- 400+ successfully closed vacancies, including managerial and C-level positions;
- 900+ implemented projects in HR and business consulting;
- 150+ projects on personnel assessment;
- 20+ projects on business strategy transformation;
- implementation of KPI and HR systems turnkey.
Cases in the field of finance and law:
- Over 4 years of ongoing cooperation with a law firm: I lead the HR support of the company and participated in the selection of specialists for their team.
- We conducted assessments of lawyers, attorneys, and department heads, including competency analysis and alignment with the strategic goals of the business.
- Due to long-term cooperation, I have a good understanding of the specifics of this field and the requirements for specialists.
What I do as part of my work:
✔️ creating a candidate profile together with the client, consulting;
✔️ posting vacancies on specialized resources (Telegram, Facebook, job sites - payment for vacancy packages is the client's responsibility);
✔️ searching and initial screening of candidates, conducting screening interviews;
✔️ forming a shortlist of candidates and passing finalists to the client;
Additional tasks that my team can perform by prior agreement:
- a brief description for each finalist (strengths/weaknesses; risks; recommendations)
- organizing interviews with finalists and support up to the offer stage;
- monitoring satisfaction from both the candidate's and the manager's side;
- warranty period of 4 months (replacement guarantees possible if needed).
Collaboration format and cost:
- % of the candidate's annual salary (10–15%) — depending on the complexity of the search and the requirements for the vacancy;
- A fixed amount for the project is also possible, discussed personally after agreeing on all details;
- the cost also depends on the number of closed vacancies and the level of the executor's involvement in support during the warranty period (the data provided in the rate are approximate).
