Работал человек - 4 месяца.
Проблема даже не в отсутствии результатов, а в низкой коммуникации и отсутствии какой либо конкретики.Я хочу знать за что я плачу.
Ладно СЕО занимает много времени, я готов потерпеть, но мне нужны хоть какие-то лиды и продажи. Я не хочу ждать 2 года и уходить в минус.

Ну в СЕО по другому не бывает чтоб на начальных порах не уходить в минус. В любом случае до первых значимых продаж и при хорошем подходе в СЕО нужно минимум месяцев 6 и то, это при самых лучших условиях. Все эти 6 месяцев (в лучшем случае) Вы будете уходить в минус и не важно какой будет бюджет продвижения, исполнитель и т.д. Такой процесс продвижения. В случае с темой телефонов вполне вероятно что значимые результаты можно получить и через 1-2 года активного продвижения. Тут уже зависит от того, какой у вас ассортимент, какие цены, что за магазин как он сделан и много других условий.
Если не хотите ждать, тогда вам нужен контекст. Но опять же там на первых порах тоже нужно будет идти в минус прежде чем Вы выйдете связку, которая будет эффективно работать.

... 4 месяца для нового магазина это не показатель. За такой период в СЕО в лучшем случае у вас начнет идти трафик с поиска в размере до 500-1000 посетителей в месяц. Если к конце 4 - начале 5 месяца у вас органический трафик в районе 500-1000 в месяц, то с большой долей вероятности можно сказать что дела идут у вас не плохо.

К тому же само отношение у Вас не верное. Сео это не «уходить в минус». Сео это - инвестиции. Уходить в минус можно сливая бюджет в контексте. Работая по СЕО, любая правильно выполненная работа будет приумножать результаты в будущем. Это очень важное замечение!

Проблема коммуникации возможно, но так же возможно вы не слышите\не понимаете что вам говорят.
Если вы хотите начать получать клиентов из SEO, начинайте учить SEO. Так же учитите, покупки такой техники на сайте постоянно падает, многие уходят в другие источники (я имею ввиду запросы в гугл). Рекомендую обратить внимание на маркетплейсы (розетка, пром), ОЛХ, и различные прайснавигаторы. Но как там нужно правило конкурировать по цене.
