I have a background image (bmp file), there are ready buttons (also *bmp). You need to create a *exe file, when opening which we will see a window with this background and these buttons. When you click on each of the buttons, a new window with the same background and two OK and Cancell button should open.

да, действительно, подвох то в чём ? создать форму у которой чилд такая же форма, задача "в лоб" студентом решается от силы за часа 4ре, о продвинутом от силы час-полтора. Потом практическая ценность какая ? если нужна заготовка для навешивания функционала - то странно зачем такая простая задача на оутсорс - если есть возможность реализации его (навешиваемого функционала) или отборочный тур какойто - опять же ниша не понятна(легче написать всё прямо)...

У меня есть готовое ПО от основного разработчика. Нужно дописать к нему подключаемый *exe файл (который нанимаю реализовать). Код функций для файла есть. В дальнейшем планирую постоянную работу с человеком, который выполнит эту элементарную задачу. Вынужден выкладывать это здесь, т.к. не имею навыков написания программ на C++.
