Need to find a qualified analyst for my company in the marketing and iGaming sector. This is a remote position that requires building an analytical system from scratch and analyzing business data.
Priority:
Find a suitable specialist whose skills match the requirements and whose salary expectations fit within the specified budget.
Requirements for HR:
- Experience in recruiting IT specialists or analysts.
- Ability to understand technical requirements.
- Willingness to provide 3-4 top candidates within 1-2 weeks.
- Negotiation skills: ability to identify and agree on candidates' salary expectations within the given budget
Task List:
Candidate Search:
- Post the job vacancy on specialized platforms (LinkedIn, hh.ru, Telegram channels for analysts and BI specialists).
- Search for candidates in the CIS (Kazakhstan, Ukraine, etc.).
- Conduct initial resume screening based on key requirements.
- Focus on specialists with reasonable salary expectations, considering the company's budget.
Initial Interview:
- Conduct a short interview (10-15 minutes) to check experience with the specified tools and technologies.
- Gather brief information on each candidate
Candidate Recommendations:
- Select 2-3 top candidates.
- Provide me with a structured document containing resumes, comments, and their salary expectations.
About the Analyst Position
Position: Business Intelligence Analyst / Data Analyst
Work Format: Remote, 6 hours a day (with a flexible schedule).
Salary: 900–1200 euros per month (depending on experience) + bonus up to 1000 euros per quarter upon achieving KPI.
Main Tasks:
- Set up ETL processes to integrate data from various sources (API, XML) into MySQL.
- Build dashboards in Metabase to visualize key metrics.
- Set up data tracking (Keitaro, scripts, MySQL) and analyze ROI for marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email).
- Establish KPIs for teams and analyze their performance.
- Apply statistics for forecasting and improving business processes.
- Explain analytical findings to teams and management.
Candidate Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Experience with MySQL, Metabase, Keitaro, and BI systems.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and report automation.
- Understanding of key metrics: ROI, CTR, CAC, LTV.
- Basic skills in PHP/Python (pandas, NumPy) are a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to explain complex things in simple terms.
- Ability to translate business tasks into metrics and vice versa.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks.
- English proficiency sufficient for reports, programs, documentation
Will be a plus: experience in gambling or affiliate marketing.
Note for HR:
- Pay special attention to candidates whose salary expectations fall within the range of 900–1200 euros.
- During the initial contact, clarify whether candidates are willing to work for the proposed payment (including bonuses).
- If a candidate requests more but you consider them strong, explain this in the comments.
