Budget: 2000 UAH Deadline: 1 day
Hello.
I am a NodeJS developer. I am ready to take on the task. Write to me, we will discuss.
Project essence: It is necessary to develop a technical base (client and server) for a sports online arcade (volleyball). Clean, scalable code is needed on a modern stack that is easy to maintain and extend with new mechanics.
I have a technical description and code snippets of the client logic and physics (as a reference) that will help set up mass, gravity, and jump force, and generally show you how the gameplay should look.
Technology stack:
Frontend: JavaScript (ES6+), Pixi.js (for rendering), P2.js (for physics).
Backend: Node.js, Socket.io.
Data: Use efficient binary serialization (e.g., FlatBuffers, Protocol Buffers, or custom Binary Stream). Detailed documentation (protocol maps) for each type of packet is mandatory.
Platforms: Browser (Web) with further adaptation for mobile devices (Capacitor/WebView).
Key requirements:
Modularity: The code must be written in classes (ES6), without using obfuscation or minification. Each entity (player, ball, bonuses) must be separated.
Network logic: Stable multiplayer for 1x1, 2x2, and 3x3 modes. Authoritative server (all physics calculations on the server side).
Object physics: Implementation of inertia, collisions, and bounces using P2.js.
Flexible interface: Implementation of a dynamic camera (Zoom out) so that the field scales depending on the number of players in the match.
Mechanics system: Architecture for adding character abilities (dashes, acceleration) so that I can independently add new types of abilities.
Working with graphics: At the development stage, we use placeholders (simple shapes). I will integrate the final HD assets myself after the technical part is completed. A clear mechanism for replacing sprites is required from the performer.
Expected result:
Complete source code with comments.
Instructions for setting up the server and client.
Protocol map: Detailed description of the structure of each binary packet (byte grid: which byte is responsible for what, data types Int8, Float32, etc.).
Toolkit: Availability of convenient methods in the code for adding new fields to packets without the risk of breaking the entire structure.
Introductory consultation: Explanation of the principle of binary stream operation so that I can independently add new variables (e.g., energy level or mana) to existing packets.
Project structure and organization:
Modularity: The code must be strictly divided into logical modules using ES6 Imports/Exports.
File structure: Each entity must be in a separate file. Approximate structure:
/src/entities/ — classes Player.js, Ball.js, Net.js.
/src/physics/ — logic for handling collisions and gravity (p2.js).
No monolith: Writing game logic in one large file is prohibited. The code must be easily readable and documented.
Key requirements:
Rooms and sessions: The game logic is based on isolated rooms (Rooms). The system must support PVP (1x1, 2x2, 3x3) and single-player/Co-op.
PVE and AI Bosses: The architecture must support server bots (AI). There should be the ability to create bosses with unique mechanics (non-standard sizes, modified hit zones, specific timings, and behavior logic).
Modularity: Code in classes (ES6), without obfuscation. Each entity (player, ball, boss, bonuses) should be in a separate file.
Network logic: Authoritative server (all physics calculations and AI logic on the Node.js side).
Physics: Implementation of inertia and collisions through P2.js based on provided references.
Flexible interface: Dynamic camera (Zoom out) for scaling the field depending on the number of players in the room.
Mechanics system: Flexible architecture for adding character abilities (dashes, boosts, ultimates) by the client.
Expected outcome:
Complete source code with comments (modular structure).
Instructions for setting up the server and client.
Protocol map: Detailed description of the binary packet structure (byte grid: data types Int8, Float32, etc.).
Introductory consultation: Explanation of the binary stream operation principle and AI boss logic, so I can independently add new opponents.

Hello, I have been working on a multiplayer 2D game with physics on Pixi.js + Node.js, where I implemented an authoritative server for 20+ simultaneous players and binary serialization to reduce traffic by 75%.
I am curious if you plan to use rooms for matches, or will all the logic revolve around a single game world?
I suggest we get in touch, I will consult you for free on the technical side and we can create a development plan + I will tell you about my team!

Hello! My partner (designer + full-stack) and I have been specializing in the development of multiplayer games and high-load systems on Node.js for over 4 years, so we professionally implement the technical foundation for your volleyball arcade. We will develop the architecture of game entities in Figma (User Flow and package diagrams) to visualize the logic, providing a technically flawless authoritative server on FastAPI/Node.js, binary serialization through a custom Binary Stream (Int8/Float32), and a modular client on Pixi.js + P2.js. Our experience of over 4 years allows us to create a flexible room system and architecture for AI bosses, where you can independently change the parameters of mass, gravity, and character abilities; take a look at our work in terms of code cleanliness and logic complexity: hyperfi.tech, espressolab.com.ua, hudi.com.ua.

Good day
My name is Angelina, I represent the company King Kong Lab
I have reviewed the task — it is a full-fledged technical development of a game core, and we can implement it with the right architecture for scaling
We have experience working with real-time systems, Node.js, Socket.io, and building server logic with an authoritative model
Regarding the approach
we build a clean modular architecture (ES6 classes, separation into entities)
all physics and game logic on the server (Node.js + p2.js)
the client on Pixi.js only for display and synchronization
we implement a room system (1x1, 2x2, 3x3, PvE)
we lay the architecture for AI (bots, bosses with custom logic)
we create a flexible ability system so you can add new mechanics yourself
we implement a binary protocol (protobuf / custom) with detailed documentation
Separately
we will create a clear project structure without a "monolith"
we will prepare launch instructions
we will provide a protocol map with a description of each packet
we will conduct a consultation on stream logic and system expansion
We are also ready to break it down into stages and start with MVP (1x1 + basic physics + protocol) to quickly achieve a working result and then scale
We are ready to discuss details and your references for logic
I look forward to collaborating

Hello, I have experience in creating complex real-time systems (Fintech, Event platforms), and I also have experience in game development, which I generally enjoy. I will briefly outline the implementation plan:
How I will implement the technical foundation:
1. Architecture of the Authoritative Server (Node.js + P2.js)
Game world: A physical world p2.World runs on the server. Each room (Room) is a separate instance of the world where player, ball, and net collisions are calculated.
AI and Boss Logic: A base class BaseEntity is created, from which Player and Boss inherit. The AI of the bosses will operate in the same cycle (tick) as the physics, having access to the ball's coordinates for decision-making (Behavior Trees or State Machine).
Rooms: Implementation of RoomManager for match isolation.
2. Network Protocol (Binary Stream)
I do not recommend using heavy libraries like Protobuf for such dynamic gameplay if maximum speed is required. I will develop a custom Binary Stream based on ArrayBuffer and DataView.
Optimization: Instead of sending JSON {x: 120.5, y: 300.2}, we send 8 bytes (2 x Float32).
Protocol Map: I will provide a table (Byte Grid) where each packet will be detailed:
[0] - Packet ID (Uint8)
[1-2] - Entity ID (Uint16)
[3-6] - X Position (Float32)
...and so on.
3. Client (Pixi.js + Interpolation)
Rendering: Pixi.js will only be a "representation" of what the server says.
Smoothing: Since packets arrive at a certain frequency (for example, 20-30 Hz), I will implement Client-side Interpolation (linear interpolation between the last states) to make object movement appear smooth at 60 FPS.
Dynamic Camera: Implementation through pixi-viewport or a custom container that calculates the bounding box of all active players and adjusts scale and pivot.
4. Modularity and Extensibility
Ability System: I will create a class AbilityManager and BaseAbility. You will be able to add a new file DashAbility.js, write the speed change logic in the execute() method, and it will automatically work.
Sprite Replacement: All entities will refer to AssetManager. To replace, you only need to change the texture path in the config.

Hello, I have experience with server work using socket io, but I suggest the backend on Nest.js (a more modular and modern standard). I also have experience with Pixi.js. I would be happy to help you!
Budget: 20000 UAH Deadline: 30 days
Hello. I can do your project. I have experience. Write to me, and we will agree.
A 3D scene needs to be created in Unity based on the attached reference. The overall composition and style of the location should be replicated: a stone battle arena, walls, columns, flags, crystals, a statue, vegetation, and a distant background with mountains. It is also necessary to set up: * the camera as in the reference; * daytime lighting; * beautiful soft shadows; * materials and textures; * optimization for mobile devices. 3 variants: day, night, and fog. No characters and no UI. The output should be a ready Unity project with the scene and all used assets.
Good day. I am looking for a programmer/developer who can help with the refinement and redesign of a mod for the game DCS World. The scope of work is quite large, as a significant number of changes and improvements will need to be made. I am ready to discuss the cost of the work and agree on the amount you propose (of course, within a reasonable budget). Main tasks: connecting and configuring weapons (missiles, bombs, etc.); integration and configuration of the HUD; further refinement of functionality as needed. During the work, additional, more specific tasks may arise, which we will discuss separately. I would be happy to collaborate with someone who has experience working with mods for DCS World and understands Lua/aviation systems of the game.
It is necessary to add animation to the low-poly main character and give him the ability to hold a weapon (tool) that will aim at the cursor. The game is from a third-person perspective, with the camera behind the player and the cursor in the center of the screen. The character needs to be able to enter aim mode, the camera slightly zooms in, and the character should be able to use the tool (a laser tool for resource gathering). I have a ready animation controller from Synty - Third Person Controller. It can be used or the animation can be completely set up from scratch if that is easier. In the end, I expect a character that can select a tool (one large two-handed and two small ones), switch tools, aim, and have the head and the tool look at the point where the cursor is pointing.
We are looking for a specialist who professionally engages in optimizing high-polygon car models for GTA V. Our main task is to obtain models that combine maximum performance with the highest possible visual quality. If you can find this balance, we would be happy to establish a long-term collaboration. Main Responsibilities Performing retopology of car models. Optimizing the polygon mesh to an optimal number of triangles without noticeable loss of quality. Re-baking textures (Normal, AO, Curvature, and others) after optimization. Preserving proportions, geometry, and all key details of the car. Optimizing textures, materials, and model structure according to the requirements of GTA V. Creating LOD levels. Preparing collisions. Preparing the model fully ready for integration into GTA V. Our Expectations Practical experience in retopology and optimization of 3D car models. Proficient use of Blender or other professional 3D packages. Experience with baking PBR textures. Understanding the principles of model optimization for real-time games. Experience preparing vehicles specifically for GTA V will be a significant advantage. Understanding the specifics of LOD, collisions, materials, textures, and the limitations of the GTA V engine. Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality. What We Provide Source car models. Constant workflow. Long-term collaboration. Competitive payment depending on the complexity of the model and quality of execution. Important For us, quality and speed are equally important. The final result must be maximally optimized for GTA V, have clean topology, optimized textures, correctly configured materials, while preserving the appearance of both the exterior and interior of the car as much as possible. We are looking for a specialist who can regularly prepare high-quality models without the need for additional revisions after submission. Please propose a cost per car and indicate the time frame in which you can complete the work.
