Here is a brief description of the work on these projects:
1. Spanish HR agency.
Our specialists had the opportunity to set up triggers (Zoho flow), where certain functions were performed within the CRM entity. Numerous connections between entities were also established using flows.
Setting up Zoho flow between 4 modules, creating custom triggers, webhooks. Standard CRM settings.
2. Ukrainian credit company.
Ensuring the migration of the client from the Russian system Bitrix, transferring the database of "clients," "deals," "contacts," and "companies." Organizing a convenient environment for executing the main business processes of the company.
3. American logistics company "Heiken TMS."
For this client, we provided the setup of contact cards for individuals/companies, as well as configured the deal card, which in the case of the client was contracts.
Therefore, layouts of these modules were created with the establishment of custom fields, subforms, as well as related lists with connections between other modules.
