We are a company engaged in major repairs of houses and apartments in France. We operate in the premium and business class segment. We provide a full cycle of turnkey services.
The cycles of each project include:
-sales department control;
-design;
-interior design;
-cost estimation;

-warehouse program;
-handover of the facility to the customer.
Currently, we are creating a sales department and formalizing repair project management processes. Our goal is to implement an international version of Bitrix24 focusing on:
• Sales (based on Mikhail Grebenuok's system)
• Project and procurement management
• Budget, deadlines, tasks, and procurement control
• IP telephony integration
What needs to be done:
1. Implementation of CRM system according to Mikhail Grebenuok's method:
• Adapting the ready-made "Grebenuok CRM" structure to our business:
• 4 sales funnels: cold, warm, repeat sales, incoming inquiries
• Configuring deals, client cards, stages, automations, and notifications
• Integration with WhatsApp / Telegram / email
• Setting up access rights and roles for the sales team
• Ability to adapt funnels for different countries (France, UK, USA, CIS, etc.)

• Configuring project templates (apartments, houses) by stages:
• Measurements and design
• Design project approval
• Procurement and logistics
• Construction and repair works
•Timelines and quality control
• Acceptance and handover of the object
• Configuring:
• Tasks and sub-tasks by roles (designer, foreman, procurement officer, client)
• Calendar and deadlines
• Budgeting for each project (expenses, limits, actual costs)
• Document management (contracts, estimates, acts)
• Gantt, Kanban, reports
• Dashboard setup for projects
