2. Wait 4 hours – after the trigger is activated, the system waits 4 hours to give the user a chance to complete the purchase on their own, without additional reminders.
3. SMS #1 – after 4 hours, the user receives the first SMS reminder with a similar message: "Love it? Need it? Your cart is waiting for you!" This is a friendly and non-intrusive message that encourages the user to return to their cart.
