    Within this project, I created a large database of contact information for wedding videographers for the North American market. I independently processed studio websites to find direct personalized emails and, where available, current phone numbers, filtering out spam and non-functional sites, duplicates, and irrelevant companies. As a result, the client received a structured Google spreadsheet with high-quality data, fully ready for further marketing outreach.

    The main task was to find official high-quality photographic materials of premium watches that meet the platform's criteria: neutral background, absence of foreign objects in the frame, and clear focus on the dial. I conducted searches on the official brand websites and in manufacturers' press releases, carefully filtering sources and avoiding the use of photos from marketplaces, auctions, or images with watermarks. Each file was processed according to the technical requirements for webp/jpg format, a minimum width of 1200px, and naming conventions. The result of my work was a structured archive of images and a supporting table in Google Sheets with verified links to the original sources, ensuring a professional appearance of the catalog and compliance with copyright.

    I was engaged in creating a unified database of sneaker models in Google Sheets, combining identical items from different suppliers to form a complete size range. My work involved analyzing the assortment through CRM systems and identifying the same models through detailed visual comparison. I paid special attention to every detail: shades of inserts, texture of materials, color of the sole, and inscriptions, to ensure complete identity of the combined items. For each found model, I filled in technical data, including articles, current prices, and links to photos. As a result, I created a structured database that allowed the client to see all offers for each sneaker model in one table.

    - Brief description: the plan includes an analysis of the local market (residential areas of a large city), selection of premises considering sanitary standards, calculation of necessary equipment and materials. The HR strategy (motivation system for masters) and marketing strategy (Instagram, local advertising, loyalty program) are detailed.
    - Practical result/Outcome: as a result of calculations, it was determined that to achieve the break-even point, it is necessary to ensure the workload of masters at the level of 55%. It was possible to reduce equipment procurement costs by 15% by choosing leasing instead of direct purchase and to optimize the staff, which allowed starting operations with only 60% of the initially planned startup capital.
