Шукаємо людину, яка допоможе нам розвантажити роботу із оформленням документів на імміграційні візи в США.
Робота із дому в зручний для вас час. Потрібно отримати інформацію від клієнта через імейл і перенести її в імміграційну форму (повне імя, місце проживання і роботи за останні 5 років, освіта, і т.д.). Після цього, запросити додаткові документи від клієнта, як свідоцтво про шлюб, свідоцтво про народження, визначити документи, які підлягають перекладу і відправити для нашого перекладача.
На разі це завдання виконує людина із середнім рівнем англійської мови без досвіду роботу протягом 10 годин на тиждень і непогано справляється.
Вимоги:
1. Ukrainian language is native. If you dont speak or write in Ukrainian, please do not submit your bid. Most of our clients are from the west part of Ukraine.
1. fluent English. You will be communicating with most of our English speaking clients via email. If you dont meet this requirement, please do not submit your bid, you will not be able to contribute.
2. Can start working on task within 2-3 hours after assignment.
3. Available on Skype or Google Hangouts throughout the day.
4. You have high speed Internet at home and quiet place to discuss with us results of the completed work online (2 times per week). We don't do phone calls. If you dont meet this requirement, please do not submit your bid.
5. Worked with translations in the past.
6. On top of deadlines, and submit reminders to clients and us about the upcoming deadline.
The tasks will be coming with different pace. Sometimes for 10 hours per week, sometimes 3 full days of work (around 500-600 Ukrainian hrivnas for a full working day). However, we are ready to pay the same amount of salary (12 0000 UAH) per month to keep you working with us when the amount of work is low.
We do appreciate hard-working people who exceed our expectations and are generous with bonuses for successfully completing our cases in the end of the month. For the last 6 months, we have paid for our contractor almost $1000 besides based salary for good work. We are looking for long-termed collaboration.
