Customer Onboarding Manager (AI / SaaS) — strong spoken English
We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager with good conversational English for an AI/SaaS product (virtual AI employees for businesses).
The main task is to conduct onboarding calls with English-speaking clients, following prepared checklists and scripts, gathering requirements, and supporting the client until the solution is launched.
❗ This is not sales or cold calling.
❗ Deep technical expertise is not required — there are instructions and team support.
What needs to be done
• Conduct onboarding calls with clients (Zoom / Google Meet) in English
• Clearly follow the onboarding checklist and scripts
• Ask the right questions and record answers
• Gather client requirements and pass them to the team
• Escalate technical questions
• Work 5–10 hours per week (at the start)
Requirements (mandatory)
• 🇬🇧 Conversational English — confident (B2+/C1)
→ fluent communication, without reading from a script
• Experience communicating with clients in Zoom / Meet
• Experience in:
• customer success / onboarding / account management
• SaaS / IT / digital products — a big plus
• Ability to clearly follow processes and instructions

Supporting clients during the launch phase and the first weeks of use.
Experience working with clients without a technical background and complex business processes.
