• Automatic upload of this information into CRM.
• Set up sending proposals to owners about cooperation (listings).
4. Email Campaigns with Visual Content
• Add 3D tours and floor plans to email campaigns.
• Integrate Matterport / Floorplanner / CloudPano.
• Insert dynamic content (cover + link).
5. Service Requests and Contractor Management
• Contractors (electrician, plumber, air conditioning technician) entered into the system.
• Clients create a request (via email / WhatsApp / form) — it automatically goes to the worker.
• Worker completes the task, uploads photos and invoice.
• Invoice is automatically sent to the owner via CRM.
• Connect with ZOHO Books or another invoicing system.
6. Web Access for Owners
• Through a web application, owners can:
