You are looking for a specialist who combines three roles: strategist, creative, and media buyer. I specialize in the latter and primarily in the user acquisition system through paid traffic.
My plan:
Google Ads: The main focus is on PMax for Apps (UAC) campaigns. The goal is installs and first target actions in the app. This is the main tool for app promotion.
Meta Ads: Campaigns for installs (App Installs). Aggressive testing of creatives on an English-speaking audience.
Creatives: My task is performance creatives. I create hypotheses (for example, "satisfying snow removal video," "problem: your cluttered yard"), which I then implement through AI generation, stock footage, and video editors. This is quick and efficient for testing.
You asked for the price upfront. Here is my proposal for the first, most important month of the launch.

What’s included:
Development of a promotion strategy (Google + Meta).
Creation of up to 15 creatives (video/static) for testing.
Setup, management, and optimization of PMax (Google) and App Installs (Meta) campaigns.
Setup of basic analytics and a weekly report on key metrics (CPI, CPA, Installs).
This is the cost of my work; the advertising budget is paid separately.
