Я так розумію потрібно виготовити не "чіп" а друковану плату на якомусь контролері де є таймер і який може керувати по радіоканалу.
Якщо так то цікаво який саме радіоканал вам потрібний (частота, дальність), які інтервали часу для вмакання і вимикання?

Згідно опису, вказуєте на програмування контролерів, тип керованого навантаження, що фактично не має ніякого відношення до того що треба спроектувати. По вимогам, що заявлені, це покупні модулі - таймери.
Зовсім нічого не сказано про особливості цього проекту. Якщо таких нема, колеги - розробники, дамо початківцям випробувати себе на даній платформі.

Готовы предложить более дешёвое решение на STM32 / STM8, т.к. задача не требует "сильного" контроллера. Разработаем прототип платы для Ваших нужд. Посоветуем надёжный радиоприёмник с пультом (стандартный в виде модуля), с простым, но шифрованием, также применялся в наших проектах ранее.
Ну раз так пішло то можна використати attiny). Ви праві це завдання можна виконати за допомогою готових модулів.
STM8 дешевше ніж тінька, це раз. І по-друге, 20 пін проти 8... ще й з набагато цікавішими можливостями... забувайте про atmel, друже)
Дякую за проявлену активність а моїй темі. Дійсно я не спеціаліст, тому можу помилятися в термінології, назва. Враховуючи обмежені розміри, мікроконтроллер типу STM8 чи STM32 ідеально підійде. Додатково до нього потрібно підібрати максимально мініатюрний передавач, цеможе бути як радіо, так і будь-який інший, мені пропонували датчих хола використати для активації магнітною карткою (при піднесенні до пристрою).
Передавач може бути як 433мгц, 915мгц чи wifi, lora.... Яка дистанція вам потрібна, чим повинен активовуватись приймач?
