Lower the CPL below 90 PLN in 30 days - this is feasible provided that correct conversions (calls/forms) are set up, a normal landing page is in place, and there is a sufficient budget for testing.

Achieving a stable CPL of 40–70 PLN in 30 days is possible, but I cannot guarantee it, as Warsaw is competitive, and CPL heavily depends on: the quality of the landing page/response speed of the manager, the offer, working hours, geo coverage, and actual competition in the auction.

Realistically: the first 7–14 days - gathering statistics and cleaning search terms; weeks 2–4 - optimizing for CPL, cutting out "junk," strengthening the best groups/queries.
