Our company is a premium real estate agency in southern Spain, in the Costa del Sol region (Marbella).
We operate in three main areas:
• Property rental
• Sale of primary real estate (new developments)
• Sale of secondary real estate (resale)
The team consists of a rental department, sales department, marketing department, legal advisor, accountant, and management. The agency actively works with international clients and is interested in fully digitalizing its processes.

Integration and full setup of the Bitrix24 CRM system, with automation of all key real estate agency processes.

3. Project Tasks
1. Setting up the company structure in Bitrix24:
• Creating departments: rental, sales (primary and secondary), marketing, legal, accounting, administration.
• Linking employees to departments.
2. Developing and configuring sales funnels:
• Separate funnels for rental, primary sale, secondary sale.
• Configuring funnels for leads and deals.
• Configuring funnels for each department if internal division is needed.
3. Automating processes:
• Automatic task creation at funnel stages.
• Notifications and automatic task assignment to legal, accountant, department head, marketing, and other responsible persons.
• Integrating standard task templates and business processes.
4. Connecting and organizing the property database:
• Integration with internal or external property databases.
• Possibility of implementation via an application (ready-made solutions compatible with Bitrix24 for Europe are allowed).
• Importing and synchronizing property data (photos, descriptions, statuses, price, agent).
5. Integrations:
• Integration with WhatsApp, Telegram, email, social networks (Meta), if within your expertise.
• Optional connection of telephony.
6. Supporting multilingual interface (optional).

4. Contractor Requirements
• Mandatory experience in implementing Bitrix24 for real estate agencies — only performers with real cases are considered (preferably in the premium segment or European real estate).
• Availability of case presentations or ability to demonstrate current working systems.
• Deep understanding of business processes in real estate: rental, purchase and sale transactions, client work, document flow.
• Portfolio with reviews and confirmed projects.
