The goal is to identify legitimate U.S. companies, contact relevant decision-makers, explain the project briefly and professionally, and help coordinate the review and signing of a short non-binding Letter of Interest.
What the Letter of Interest is
non-binding; creates no purchase obligation
does not commit the company to future cooperation
does not require the company to buy anything
only confirms that the company may have potential interest in reviewing, piloting, or learning more about the proposed toolkit
This is not a hard sales role. Nothing needs to be sold. The task is to generate genuine business interest and help move interested companies through a simple review and signature process.
What I will provide
You are expected to create the outreach messages, follow-up messages, and outreach strategy based on the project description and the final goal.
You may use any reasonable outreach approach that you believe will be effective.
When appropriate, you may mention that interested companies could potentially receive:
free early access when the toolkit is ready
a free review or consultation related to the toolkit
free setup help
free initial support
an opportunity to review or pilot the toolkit at no cost
The main requirement is that companies clearly understand that the Letter of Interest is non-binding and does not create any purchase, payment, or cooperation obligation.
Success criteria
A lead list alone will not be considered a completed result.
The main deliverable is a signed non-binding Letter of Interest from a legitimate U.S.-based company.
Lead research, outreach tracking, positive replies, and communication history are useful supporting materials, but they are not the primary final result.
Verification requirements for signed LOIs
Each signed Letter of Interest should ideally meet the following criteria:
company must be a legitimate U.S.-based business
company must have an active website
company name, website, and location must be clearly identifiable
signer should be a real company representative
signer should preferably use a business email matching the company domain
signer’s name and title should be included
letter should ideally be on company letterhead
final signed letter should be sent directly from the company representative to my email address, or otherwise be clearly verifiable
