    Implemented an automated webinar funnel: integration of platforms and email sequence
    At the client's request, I implemented a webinar funnel in ActiveCampaign, integrated with WebinarJam, the payment system, and the website built on ClickFunnels.
    I set up automated email sequences for registered webinar participants and connected the payment gateway.
    As a result, we created a fully automated system that guided potential clients from the "Lead" stage to the "Client" stage, increasing the conversion by 50%.


  • Sending abandoned cart messages via Klaviyo

    Configured and optimized Klaviyo emails for abandoned carts for Shopify to increase sales and customer engagement.
    1. Task:
    Set up a Klaviyo email flow for the Shopify store to target users with incomplete orders (abandoned view, abandoned cart, abandoned checkout) and encourage them to complete their purchase.

    2. What was done:
    Created a multi-step email automation triggered by cart abandonment. The emails included information about store benefits, free shipping, gifts, and a 10% discount, and were sent with optimal frequency (1–4 hours, 24 hours, and 2–4 days) to maximize conversions.

    3. Results
    This flow improved cart recovery and sales metrics, increased customer interest, and automated the follow-up process, saving customer time and increasing revenue.

  • Integration of custom Shopify form with Klaviyo

    In this project, I implemented a complete cycle of setting up the email marketing infrastructure for a Shopify store through Klaviyo. The task was to set up a custom subscription form, create a subscriber list, automate the sending of a promo code, and provide the programmer with technical details for proper integration.
    Completed works:
    Subscriber list.
    I created a separate list "Subscribers from the custom Style-Code form" in Klaviyo. I set up the Dabl Opt-in option for easier subscription and higher conversion.
    Dynamic promo code.
    I set up the integration of the -15% promo code between Shopify and Klaviyo. I created a coupon in Klaviyo linked to the discount in Shopify ("Style-Code Discount -15%") with the prefix Style-Code.
    Automation (Flow)
    I launched an automatic Welcome Flow called "Style-Code series with promo code (custom form)".
    Trigger: adding a subscriber to the created list.
    First email: instant sending of the promo code and CTA with a link to the website.
    The Flow and email have been switched to Live mode.
    Transfer of technical details.
    I prepared and provided the programmer with all the necessary data for integrating the custom form (List ID, API keys, etc.).
    Result:
    The client received a ready-made system for collecting subscribers through a custom form on Shopify, integrated with Klaviyo. New users are automatically added to the database and receive a personalized email with a promo code. The programmer had all the technical details for a quick connection of the form.


  • Mailing in Klaviyo for the Norwegian brand Solgtak

    I developed and launched a promotional email campaign for the company Solgtak, which specializes in smart home automation systems. The main goal was to promote two ready-made kits that help customers solve the problem of excessive heating of rooms and sunlight, using the Somfy Tahoma Switch Hub and SUNIS sensors.
    Main tasks and responsibilities
    Strategy and structure: Created one visually appealing promotional email that highlights customer issues and offers solutions based on products.
    Personalization: Implemented dynamic insertion of names and tailored messages to enhance engagement.
    Copywriting: Wrote compelling text in Norwegian focusing on benefits such as energy savings and automation.
    Design and layout: Structured the email into clean blocks with product visuals, clear pricing, and strong CTAs (e.g., UTFORSK TILBUDET HER, BESTILL HER).
    Emphasis on the offer: Added a message about the limited availability of the offer (valid until June 30 or while supplies last) to create a sense of urgency.
    Compliance: Ensured the presence of a GDPR-compliant footer and an easy unsubscribe option.
    Results:
    Improved brand communication due to the professional and user-friendly design of the email.

    Increased CTR due to clear CTA buttons and attractive visuals.
    Strengthened customer trust and comfort through detailed product descriptions and compatibility indications.
