We are a Dutch language school specializing in online courses. We are looking for a specialist to implement a project for marketing and communication automation, integration of a payment system already installed on the website, as well as optimization of the processes for handling requests and payments.
Project description:
The goal of the project is to implement and configure automation in Mailchimp and ManyChat systems, integration with the existing payment system Mollie, as well as optimization of communication with clients. The main tasks include:
1. Setting up Mailchimp:
- Automation of email campaigns: Development and setup of series of automated emails:
- Welcome Series: Welcome emails for new subscribers.
- Lead Nurturing: Emails sent based on subscriber actions (e.g., reminders about incomplete registration).
- Reminder Emails: Reminders about courses, events, or deadlines.
- Re-engagement Campaigns: Emails to engage inactive subscribers.
- Database segmentation: Creating and maintaining database segments based on criteria such as language proficiency, interests, lead source. Personalization of content for each segment.
- Data collection and analysis: Using analytics tools to monitor campaign effectiveness, tracking opens, clicks, and conversions.
- A/B testing: Testing different versions of emails to optimize conversions (subject lines, CTAs, content).
- Integration with CRM: Setting up synchronization of contacts between Mailchimp and the CRM system for storing and processing student data. Setting up automatic data updates and record synchronization.
2. Setting up ManyChat:
- Development of chatbots: Creating scripts for chatbots in Instagram Direct and Facebook Messenger to automate course registrations, answer frequently asked questions, and collect contact information.
- Automation of communications: Setting up triggers for automatic responses, reminders about incomplete purchases, confirmations of course registration. Integration of ManyChat with Mailchimp for automating subscriptions and newsletters.
- Integration with platforms: Using the ManyChat API to interact with payment systems and CRM.
3. Automation of payment requests:
- Integration of Mollie with Mailchimp: Setting up automated email newsletters in Mailchimp sent after payment confirmation through Mollie. Including order confirmations, receipts, and further instructions for students.
- Integration of Mollie with ManyChat: Setting up automatic payment requests and confirmations through ManyChat chatbots. Setting up triggers and scripts for automatically initiating payment processes in response to user actions.
5. Analysis and optimization:
- Monitoring effectiveness: Analyzing the results of automations and chatbots, collecting and analyzing data. Defining key performance indicators and gathering feedback.
- Optimization: Making adjustments to automation and communication settings based on data analysis. Conducting A/B testing to improve conversions and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Experience with Mailchimp, ManyChat, Mollie, and WordPress or similar platforms.
- Technical skills for setting up automations, integrations, and analytics.
- Experience in integrating CRM systems and marketing tools.
- Ability to analyze results and optimize processes.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration.
In summary: 95% of leads come from social media, totaling about 5000. Courses are sold through the website. This all needs to be automated so that it is automatically added to the CRM (CRM with Mailchimp can be used).
