Selection and configuration of CRM for a real estate agency
Task:
Find and set up a CRM system that best meets the needs of a real estate agency with international projects (Dubai, Bali, Turkey, and other countries). The CRM should provide convenient organization of properties, storage of information on investment real estate, and the ability to export presentations for clients in PDF format.
Initial data:
I am considering Bitrix24 and amoCRM, but there may be more suitable solutions that I am not aware of. It is necessary to analyze alternative CRMs if they better meet our task.
Main requirements for the CRM:
1. Flexible data storage structure
• There should be an option to organize properties by countries (Dubai, Bali, Turkey, etc.).
• Within each country, properties should be grouped not by individual apartments, but by projects, with the ability to detail information by types of apartments, layouts, and investment characteristics.
2. Working with investment real estate
• The property card should include:
• Project data (developer, completion dates, infrastructure).
• Types of apartments (studios, 1+1, 2+1, etc.), not each apartment separately.
• Financial information (ROI, installment plans, expected returns).
• Main renders and materials for presentation.
3. Function to export properties to PDF presentation
• The ability to select multiple properties and quickly generate a presentation with the necessary data.
• Automatic insertion of information (prices, renders, purchase conditions).
4. Integrations and ease of use
• Integration with WhatsApp, Telegram, email.
• Ability to work in the cloud.
• Simple and clear interface for managers.

Bitrix24 and amoCRM are not very suitable for your structure; you need the ability to create custom modules and relationships for storing objects, which cannot be done in these systems. Plus, they are Russian.
I can suggest considering Zoho CRM; this system allows you to fully customize the structure to your needs, store projects by countries, types of apartments, investment indicators, and set up automatic export of presentations to PDF. You can also connect messengers and email for communication from the contact/deal card.
