(There were difficulties with the previous project, for this reason I am writing the announcement again, I will be happy to receive offers!)
Proofreading, correction, editing of the text is required (where and if necessary), correct all errors. The text needs to be brought completely into such a form, to do everything necessary so that this text can ultimately be published in exactly this form.
Repeated words (if this is necessary at all) should be rephrased only with synonyms that have the same meaning, under no circumstances change the meaning of the text itself, but only give it greater precision, beauty, correctness of formulations, scientific "rich Russian language" where necessary. It would be good if the text reads harmoniously, is richer in terms of the so-called "rich", including scientific Russian language, as well as enriched with excellent "this very rich Russian language" and formulations where necessary. There is no need for deep editing and numerous rephrasing; the text should be enriched with clearer, more suitable "rich" beautiful formulations where it deserves and can be improved. To enrich it with a more perfect Russian language. As if written by a literate scientific person, who perfectly and deeply masters the Russian language, definitions, and formulations, but only where and in such a way if it is necessary at all.
It is very important to keep all meanings exactly as they are in the text, under no circumstances change the meaning or add anything that is not written in the text. You can only improve the presentation somewhere, but under no circumstances should anything be removed from the text (but you can make a suggestion about what you think should be better removed or something similar, highlighting and writing the option in bright color in parentheses, leaving the previous formulation in place.) The entire meaning must remain exactly as it is written and clearly correspond to the written meaning; if rephrasing is done, if it is necessary for readability and to improve the text.
You can improve the quality of the text with more beautiful, concise formulations. But the text must remain in scientific formulations, not in some simplistic ones where possible.
It is important to treat what has already been written with care, not to correct what does not need correction.
