The task of this project is to find the most optimal website/system for recruiting employees that will allow us to conveniently work with all candidate applications.
The goal is to find a service that will enable us to effectively conduct the recruitment process.
Specifically:
– to enter candidates into the database;
– to assign each candidate to the vacancy they applied for;
– to add comments and notes regarding each candidate;
– to record calls (when we contacted, when the candidate did not answer the phone, etc.);
– to categorize candidates — new, in process, postponed, rejected, accepted, etc.;
– to guide the candidate through all stages of recruitment;
– to ensure that both the owner and colleagues can see the complete history of work with each application.
The system must be convenient, modern, and work on both computers and phones.
Most applications we receive come through Facebook Leads, so if the service allows integration with this system — that would be great.
If there is no integration, but the service is convenient and effective — that is also acceptable.
🔹 Important requirements:
• the ability to sort, filter, and assign responsible persons;
• convenient archiving of old or closed applications;
• working with recruitment stages;
• history of interactions and reports;
• the ability to add comments and track the status of each candidate;
• a clear, modern interface;
• stable operation on both computers and smartphones;
• the ability to filter candidates by the vacancy they applied for.
🔹 Additionally:
We want to have the ability to reuse the candidate database in the future.
For example, if some people did not answer calls or the vacancy was closed at the time of the inquiry, but later reopens, we could filter the necessary category of candidates (for example, couriers) and export their phone numbers for SMS notifications about the new recruitment.
This function can be implemented even through an external tool — the main thing is that the system allows convenient filtering of the needed people.

Within this competition, it is necessary to select several options for systems or services that meet the specified requirements and briefly describe for each:
– advantages and disadvantages;
– integration possibilities with application sources (Facebook Leads, Zapier, API, etc.);
– how convenient it is for the team to use the service in daily work.
