Our focus is on fast and quality personnel recruitment (mainly for those already in Poland).We are looking for a specific specialist for the team (not an agency) who will take on the full cycle of targeted advertising, creating AI banners, and setting up deep analytics. We need a specialist ready to work on KPIs, analyze numbers beyond the Meta cabinet, and grow with our company.Main responsibilities: Deep analytics, UTM tags, and cross-tracking: Complete traffic tagging using UTM tags (by campaigns, vacancies, and individual banners). Setting up data transmission (through quizzes, Instant Forms with logic, chatbots, or Conversions API) to clearly understand: From which specific banner a particular target candidate came. Which vacancy has the cheapest and highest quality lead. Where the budget is wasted and which connections need to be scaled. Launching ads and initial filtering of candidates: Setting up short questionnaires/filters (1–2 mandatory questions: location in Poland, documents, readiness to start work). Strict filter: if a person does not meet the criteria, they cannot submit an application — this protects the budget from leaks and recruiters from spam. Optimizing ads for target candidates (CPL / Qualified Lead). Creating AI creatives and packaging pages: Organizing and designing profiles on Facebook and Instagram. Generating attractive banners and videos through artificial intelligence (Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) for each specific vacancy. Writing clear offers with transparent working conditions. Reporting, KPIs, and weekly online meetings: Weekly online conference (call): demonstrating the weekly report, detailed analysis of lead costs, analyzing working/non-working creatives, and approving the hypothesis plan for the next week. Working with clear KPIs (cost per target lead, number of completed questionnaires, conversion).Our requirements for the candidate: We are looking for only a private specialist (NOT an agency): Personal involvement and direct contact with the performer are important to us. Deep understanding of analytics: Ability to work with UTM tags, Google Analytics / GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversions API. Experience in the HR / Recruitment niche (Poland / Europe): Understanding the labor market for laborers. Willingness for regular communication: Conducting weekly reporting calls, openness to analyzing numbers and discussing metrics. Skills in working with AI: Quick creation of quality advertising materials through artificial intelligence.
