Currently, the task is:
Connect WhatsApp Business API (we need a business account, not a regular WhatsApp).
WhatsApp must support a bot and auto-responses.
We were unable to verify the company and add the number through the Send Pulse service. An alternative working option is needed.
Make it so that all messages (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram) are collected in one application/CRM, where managers can centrally respond to clients.
Set up basic bot functions:
