4. Launched ad creatives focusing on discounts and urgency (“only now”, “limited stock”)

ROI: 384% (for every €1 invested, €3.84 in revenue was generated)
Main conclusion:

Before the collaboration began in 2023, the company had no website or social media presence; information about services was spread through word of mouth, which is very popular in this niche.
What my team accomplished:
1) Brand book, naming
… We created a stylish and recognizable visual identity that emphasizes professionalism and quality of work: logo, branding.
2) Website on WordPress (Elementor)
- We created an intuitive design, optimized for mobile devices.
- The entire process of ordering remote transmission repair is described clearly and understandably.
- Detailed information about services, prices, guarantees, and company advantages.
3) SMM: Instagram
- Content creation and page filling.
- Shooting case studies, customer reviews, demonstrating the repair process.
- Increasing audience engagement and attracting new clients.
4) SEO optimization
- We performed basic SEO optimization of the website; priority queries were very narrow and low-frequency. Since the competition is relatively low, we managed to reach Top-1 in impressions for priority queries within the first few months.
5) Google Ads
Initially, we set up traditional search advertising for priority queries. Since the queries were very narrow, the cost per click was 8-9 UAH. After a month, we decided to launch a Display Network campaign targeting a specialized portal audience, which provided greater reach and a cost of 4.95 UAH per click.
