Hello! There is an apartment in a condition after builders, 32 sq. m. Attic floor. We need a designer who can help with the layout of the apartment, possibly with design. (We have some furniture) I'm attaching information and photos https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1qpPETFmXhoyuklyJI4BG6hgtw3FEPIgo?usp=sharing We want to build a second floor as in the photo The photos without renovation are ours We are looking for a person who can work quickly
Good day, I need a room design based on Ikea furniture. The main idea is to create a bedroom with the maximum possible storage for items, to declutter a large room and provide space for the future, Currently, we have only settled on the Brimnes folding bed (160x200 when unfolded), and we want a Swiss wall unit if possible (if we can find a place to put it). We also like the concept of a folding table attached to the wall or built into a wardrobe (like the Ikea Billy wardrobes). The color combination is white and a shade of natural wood (the colors in the photo I sent are not accurate). In the future, the bed may always be folded, and we want to use the freed-up space for a children's bed.
I am looking for a specialist to develop a purely technical project for a facility of 40 m² (5 m width × 8 m depth) at the construction stage (there is an opportunity to design internal walls and water supply/sewerage), which must include precise dimensions of furniture and equipment, planning solutions with ergonomics and zoning, as well as an electrical scheme (outlets, power outlets, lighting, switches, air conditioners) strictly without 3D visualizations and material selection. Conceptually, this facility is at a self-service car wash, where the hall occupies 15–20 m² and contains minimal seating for 2–3 tables (for 4 people each), a coffee area (Franke or Dr.Coffee machine) and a heated display case for nuggets and pizza, which is brought from the main facility, while the rest of the area is allocated for a closed kitchen for sushi and pizza delivery (in the future). The result is needed in the form of clear 2D drawings, so in your response, please indicate the cost, timelines, and examples of similar technical projects. ****In the photo where the "entrance group" is, you can freely place windows and doors according to your planning***
It is necessary to develop a modern interior design for an apartment. In the first stage, it is required to design two accent walls: the TV area in the living room and the wall behind the bed in the bedroom. I will provide a plan, dimensions, photos of the premises, and references. The following needs to be done: 3D visualization and photorealistic renders; refinement of the design after approval; a set of working drawings for manufacturing and installation Please send examples of similar works, costs, and deadlines for completion.
It is necessary to develop a technical and design project for a two-story house with a terrace. The area of the house is 120 sq m. in Hnidyn, Kyiv region. The project must include a furniture plan and visualization. The electrical, plumbing, and underfloor heating plans, among others, must be developed, meaning a complete design project with specifications for the main materials and furniture is required. The electrical plan must account for autonomous power supply using a battery inverter and outlets for solar panels and electric vehicle charging near the house. The interior style is modern with elements of Scandinavian and eclectic design.
It is necessary to remotely develop a thematic entrance group for the attraction. The entrance should be noticeable from afar and at the same time serve as a photo zone where visitors will want to take pictures. Requirements: 2–3 different concepts, photomontage on photographs of the actual site, daytime and evening visualization, 3D model, facades and main dimensions, sign design and lighting, recommendations for materials and files for transfer to the local manufacturer. Production and installation will be carried out locally. Please send relevant examples of work, the cost of the conceptual stage, the cost of the complete project package, timelines, the number of included revisions, and a list of final files. We have several attractions, the first of which we want to design is the entrance to the mirror maze in Stockholm. Currently, the premises are under renovation, with an opening in 1-1.5 months.
We are looking for a talented and experienced interior designer (or studio) to develop a project for a café with a total area of 55 sq.m. Work area (bar / cash area): ergonomic placement of the coffee machine, dessert display, ice maker, ice cream freezer. 3. Technical premises: restroom, kitchen with refrigerator, stove, sink, dishwasher, staff wardrobe, shelves for dishes. 4. Budget and deadlines * Budget for the design project: "We consider your proposals" * Budget for implementation (renovation): average / limited — it is important that the designer does not include overly expensive exclusive materials in the project. * Deadline: 2-3 weeks 7. Requirements for the performer * Availability of a portfolio with implemented commercial projects (cafés, restaurants, retail) — mandatory. Portfolio with only residential apartments will not be considered. * Understanding of the specifics of HoReCa (ergonomics of the barista/waiter workspace, requirements for ventilation, lighting of the establishment). * Willingness to work under a contract (preferable). How to apply: Please start your response with the words "CAFÉ ALPACA" so I know you have read the brief to the end. Write your estimated cost per sq.m or for the entire project, deadlines, and also add links to 1-2 of your best projects in the HoReCa sector.
There are two bathrooms in the house that we have enlarged and want to redesign. We have looked at a lot of information about T-shaped, L-shaped, and I-shaped bathroom layouts. We need a person who can help design the bathrooms correctly, making them not just stylish but also as efficient and comfortable as possible. The bathroom on the first floor is 370x230 The bathroom on the second floor is 350x230 on the floor and 200x230. The second floor is an attic. There are house plans and photos of the rooms.
About the project: We are looking for a talented interior designer to create a stylish and functional showroom of 15 sq.m. Our company specializes in automotive lighting (car bulbs, LED lenses, components). The main goal is to create a modern, technological space where customers can not only see the product but also evaluate its performance live. Main requirements and wishes for the design: Style: Modern, high-tech, loft, or minimalism. Predominance of dark or graphite shades to make the light from the diodes and lenses look as appealing as possible. Main focus — Display stand Showcases and storage: Functional shelves or showcases are needed for an attractive display of product boxes and the lenses/bulbs themselves, as well as hidden areas for a small operational warehouse. Ideally, a loft shelf.
We need to create a design for paintings for our corridors. The clinic has three areas: dentistry, cosmetology, and plastic surgery. I am attaching photos of the corridors, as well as references that we like in terms of style and mood. Important: do not just copy the reference. We want the designer to reinterpret the idea and adapt it to our field, offering their own vision and interesting solutions. So we need a person with a creative approach, not someone who just reproduces the brief exactly.
We are preparing to open a primary healthcare clinic (first floor, ~200 m²). There is a current layout plan with dimensions (PDF in attachments) and photos of the premises. The main area is an open space of 109.26 m² with panoramic windows along the arc and round columns. What needs to be done: Planning solution. Place 4 additional doctor’s offices in the open area of 109.26 m², while maintaining the reception, waiting area, access to the procedure room, restrooms, and emergency exits. The offices should be approximately 10–14 m², preferably with natural lighting. The solution should be budget-friendly: lightweight partitions (aluminum/drywall, as in the photos already installed), without major changes (but we are ready to consider alternatives). Minimal interior design concept. A unified palette and materials for the entire clinic (walls, floor, lighting, reception, waiting area), navigation within the premises. No expensive decor — clean, bright, modern, “medical.” 2–3 visualizations of key areas (photorealism is not mandatory). We have a brand book. Facade concept. The exterior appearance with the clinic sign and window decoration, 1–2 angles. Minimal interventions, no reconstruction. Drawings. Updated plan with dimensions and explication — PDF + output (DWG or similar). In your response, please indicate: cost (can be phased: plan → design → facade), timeline, examples of similar work (medical/commercial premises — a plus). We are open to considering options from beginners.
